Rivafit offers At-home Personal Training for active adults and for those who have been sedentary or have special needs, as well as Fitness Classes for active Boomers and Seniors. Group classes are full-body workouts which include resistance training, cardio, core, balance and stretch - geared for Baby Boomers and Seniors, all ages will benefit from these balanced and thorough workouts. In addition to enhancing the fitness levels of athletes and active individuals, Riva Spier is certified to work with those with limitations such as back problems, arthritis, obesity and movement disorders due to advancing age.
Riva has extensive experience in medical fitness and post-rehabilitation exercise. Credentials include UCLA Recreation's Award for Outstanding Fitness Trainer.
