Tuesday 10:30 – 11:30 AM Boomer/Senior Fit! ALL AGES WELCOME! Upbeat workout to music. Low impact cardio, resistance training with weights, core strength, range-of-motion, balance, stretch-down. Increase muscle and stamina, reduce fat. Go at your own pace. Have fun!
Wednesday 10:30 -11:30 am Gentle "Yin" Stretch This gentle class focuses on flexibility of our connective tissue and brings a feeling of calm as we release layers of tension in mind and body. Tranquil and rejuvenating.
Thursday 10:30 – 11:30 AM Boomer / Senior Fitness
For active older adults. Upbeat workout to music. A blend of low-impact cardio, resistance training with weights and bands, core, balance, stretch-down. (Same fitness elements as Tuesday workout.)
